Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. coconut
    1/4 c. almonds
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. buckwheat pancake or waffle mix
    1 (8 oz.) can vanilla liquid enrich
Preparation
    Heat the griddle or skillet.
    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
    Measure 1/4 cup per pancake onto griddle or skillet and cook.
    Serve with butter and warm syrup.
    Pancakes can be reheated.
