O'Brien Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 to 1 1/3 lb. Ore-Ida O'Brien hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
    red pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. dried chopped onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch rectangular Pyrex dish.
    Sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
