Peach Pie Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    4 very large fresh ripe peaches (use 6 or 7 if small)
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Use lemon juice on sliced peaches.
    Line pie plate with pastry.
    Fill with sliced peaches.
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, flour, spices and melted shortening; pour over peaches.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes. A crust will form over the top.
