Oven Fried Fish Fillets(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen fillets (flounder, sole, catfish, orange roughy or perch)
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Separate fillets carefully.
Combine crumbs and spices in a bowl.
Add oil and blend with fork until thoroughly combined. Press fillets into crumb mixture to coat both sides.
Place on nonstick baking sheet.
Bake 12 minutes at 450\u00b0, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serves 6.
