Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large mushrooms
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    Romano or Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove and chop stems from mushrooms.
    Saute stems and onion in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Mix last 5 ingredients and add mixture to sauteed stems and onions.
    Heat 1 minute until mixture jells. Brush mushroom caps with remaining butter.
    Fill caps with mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
