Fruit Cake Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes coconut
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 lemons (grated rind and juice)
1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and cook until thick.
Cool slightly. Put between layers of cake.
Make any chocolate icing and put on top of top layer and sides.
