Avocado Rye Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 avocado, peeled and cut in pieces
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh onion
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 drops Tabasco
    3/4 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    party rye slices, toasted and buttered
    pimento
Preparation
    Put cottage cheese and avocados into electric blender and blend until smooth.
    Blend in onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
    Stir in chicken and celery.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    To serve, spread about 1 tablespoon mixture on each rye toast slice.
    Garnish with pimento.
    Makes about 2 dozen appetizers.
