Pierogies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation
-
Put flour and salt in bowl.
Melt butter in hot water.
Add 2 eggs and melted butter to flour.
Mix.
Let dough rest 10 minutes before rolling.
