Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 small can chopped olives
    1 can diced green chilies
    3 bunches green onions
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced ham, diced
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 doz. tortillas
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and sour cream together.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Spread on tortillas thinly.
    Roll each tortilla. Place on cookie sheet.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and chill overnight. Slice 1/2-inch thick.
    Arrange on platter.
    (During Christmas, add red pimentos and arrange in shape of a tree.)
    I usually make half of this amount.
