Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. mustard
2 c. cubed chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
sprinkle of paprika
Preparation
-
Stir first 7 ingredients with wooden spoon.
Add chicken and mix (as with a salad - lifting up and down).
Place in refrigerator at least 1 hour or longer so all seasonings are absorbed.
Serve on lettuce or toast.
