Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. fine chopped red Delicious apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat together sugar, oil and eggs until fluffy.
On slow speed, add dry ingredients, then vanilla, apples and pecans.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes and at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
