Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
2 c. water
2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cook raisins and water covered, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in mixture of sugar and flour; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until boiling.
Boil one minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice (more if desired).
