Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 sticks margarine, melted
16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Squeeze all the moisture from the hash browns.
Mix together margarine, soup, sour cream and onions.
In a large glass baking dish (13 x 9-inch), place half the potatoes and half the soup mix. Salt and pepper this and sprinkle with half the cheese.
Put on the remaining potatoes and repeat layers.
Last, top with cheese. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
