Chicken Pot Pie Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, shredded
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat. Add onion; cook 2 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly and thickened. Add chicken and vegetables. Remove from heat and spoon into crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
