Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs, moistened with 1 Tbsp. water
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. thyme, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
    Shape into a 10 x 4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
