Mother'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Combine oil and sugar and mix well.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Gradually add dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add 2 cups grated carrots and nuts.
    Pour into 3 (8-inch) pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
