Quick Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs. cooking apples (a mix of varieties)
    1/2 c. cranberries
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. maple syrup
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 stick cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel, core and quarter apples.\tCombine all ingredients in a pressure cooker.
    Cover and bring up to high pressure.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Release pressure naturally.
    Remove the cinnamon stick. Serve warm or chilled.
    Makes 3 cups.
