Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 jars junior carrots
Preparation
    Beat low speed for 1 minute.
    Pour in floured and greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
