Olive Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Greek olives, pitted
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
pinch of dry mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed in a garlic press
pepper to taste
egg yolks, hard-cooked and chopped (for garnish)
scallions (green part), minced (for garnish)
Preparation

Put olives and olive oil into a blender; puree.
Blend in remaining ingredients, except yolks and scallions.
Serve on crackers, or mound in a dish and serve crackers separately. Garnish with egg yolks and scallions.
