Ritz Torte Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 Ritz crackers, rolled
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 egg whites, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine crackers, nuts, baking powder and vanilla.
    Beat egg whites; add sugar and beat well.
    Fold into cracker mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Cool. Put whipped cream or Cool Whip on top.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
