Herbed Grilled Catfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
10 (4 oz.) catfish fillets
vegetable cooking spray
fresh oregano and thyme
Preparation

Combine first seven ingredients.
Sprinkle mixture evenly on both sides of fillets.
Place fillets in a grilling basket coated with cooking spray.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
Place basket on rack.
Grill, covered, 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Transfer to a serving platter.
If desired, garnish with oregano and thyme.
Yields 10 servings.
