Greek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole chicken, cut into parts with skin and bones or 4 boneless breasts
    white or brown rice
    oregano
    basil
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    2 lemons
    tomatoes
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Wash chicken (remove skin if desired).
    Cut 1 lemon in half. Squeeze juice of lemon over chicken in broiler pan.
    Sprinkle fresh oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper over lemon coated chicken.
    Broil until light brown; remove from broiler and turn chicken over, swishing both sides of chicken in the juice.
    Cut second lemon and squeeze over uncooked side and season with seasonings.
    Broil until brown.
    Baste while cooking with juice from pan.
    Place cooked chicken over cooked rice (prepared as box directs).
    Spoon chicken bastings over chicken and over rice. Garnish with fresh parsley and quartered tomato.
