Molasses Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening or oleo
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and egg.
    Add molasses.
    Blend dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture.
    Chill dough.
    Dip by spoonfuls.
    Roll in sugar.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
