Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix butter and shortening until creamy.
    Add sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Shape dough into balls.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in mixture.
    Place on an ungreased sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
