Pineapple Sherbet(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sugar substitute (to equal 3 Tbsp. sugar)
1/2 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add sugar substitute to half and half and freeze.
Freeze pineapple juice separately.
Combine frozen juice and half and half.
Beat until smooth.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff. Fold beaten egg whites into juice and half and half mixture. Re-freeze in individual covered dishes until firm.
