Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh rhubarb, diced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. water
    2 c. finely diced celery
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine rhubarb, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
    Cook over low heat until rhubarb is tender (do not stir or add water).
    Bring quickly to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Jell-O.
    Stir gently, just until dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients; chill until very thick, then spoon into individual molds or a 1 1/2-quart mold. Chill until firm.
    Unmold.
