Zucchini Casserole With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box Stove Top dressing
    1 c. melted butter
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1/4 c. onion, sliced
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix together dressing and melted butter.
    Place 1/2 on bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Saute zucchini, onion and carrots. Add sour cream and soup.
    Put on top of dressing in pan.
    Top with remaining dressing.
    Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
