Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can (1 lb. 2 oz.) Italian style tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    crushed red pepper
    small diced onion
    garlic clove
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 can tomato paste
Preparation
    Heat oil in saucepan.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Saute until golden brown.
    Add beef and fry until brown, then add all spices together with tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and simmer at least 45 minutes.
