Manhattan Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt; blend thoroughly.
    (Hint: Bread crumbs chopped in food processor works well for fine texture.)
    Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
    Brown in margarine; drain.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine preserves and barbecue sauce.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
