Baked Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up (or chicken quarters or chicken thighs)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Remove skin and excess fat; arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking pan the chicken.
    Combine and pour over can of mushroom soup and rest of ingredients.
    Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hours. Serve with hot cooked rice or bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Makes a good Sunday chicken dinner.
