Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 pt. whipping cream, stiffly whipped
1/4 c. cocoa
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

In heavy pan, melt margarine.
Add cocoa and 2/3 cup milk, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
Pour into medium bowl.
Cool to room temperature.
Beat in 1 tablespoon juice and 1 teaspoon rind.
Fold in 1/2 of whipped cream.
In medium bowl, combine rest of milk, juice and rind.
Fold in rest of whipped cream.
Chill thoroughly.
In dessert dishes, spoon in chocolate. Make a \"well\" in each.
Spoon in orange.
Chill.
