Cafe Brulot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

peel of 1 orange
3-inch stick cinnamon, broken
6 whole cloves
4 sugar cubes
1 (3 x 1/4-inch) strip lemon peel (membrane removed)
1/2 c. brandy
2 c. extra strong (double strength) coffee
Preparation

Remove white membrane from orange peel (to avoid bitter flavor).
Cut peel into 3 x 1/2-inch strips.
In a chafing dish, combine cinnamon, cloves, sugar cubes, lemon peel and orange peel.
