Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    12 corn tortillas
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add salsa and tomato sauce; simmer.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan layer 1/2 of beef mixture, 6 corn tortillas, 1/2 of cottage cheese and egg mixture (mix well together) and 1/2 of Monterey Jack cheese.
    Make another layer as directed and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is golden brown.
