Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    4 to 6 green peppers, cored and rinsed
    1 large can tomato sauce, mixed with 1/2 can water
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown onion and ground beef.
    Drain off fat. Add rice and mix in skillet.
    Fill peppers with mixture.
    In baking dish (casserole style), pour sauce and water in dish, then stand peppers up in dish.
    Cover and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
