Chicken Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation

Blend soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Stir in chicken, vegetables and water chestnuts.
Spread evenly in a 9 x 9-inch buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
Combine margarine with corn flake crumbs; sprinkle on top of mixture in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
