Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini and onion in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain.
    Combine soup, carrots and sour cream.
    Combine butter and stuffing mix.
    Cover the bottom of a 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish with half the stuffing mix; add zucchini mixture.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
