Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. yellow squash
    1 green onion, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash in enough water to cover until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add sour cream, onion, butter, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
