Strawberry Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg white

Preparation

Place strawberries and sugar in large bowl; beat until blended and berries are dissolved.
Beat in egg white for 15 minutes at high speed.
Mixture will thicken.
Serve on slices of cake.
