Butter-Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender, basting frequently.
Yields 4 servings.
This may be served on cooked rice, also.
