Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 sticks butter
    2 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender; drain.
    While broccoli is cooking, melt cheese and 1/4 stick of butter in microwave stirring occasionally until smooth.
    Crush crackers and pour remainder of melted butter with crumbs.
    Line a dish with the crumb/butter mixture reserving 1/4 for top.
    Mix the melted cheese/butter mixture with the drained broccoli and pour into crumb-lined dish. Cover top of casserole with the reserved crumbs and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
