Zucchini Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon or orange juice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon or orange rind
    1/2 bottle Certo
    red or green food coloring
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except Certo in pan and bring to a boil over high heat and boil 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat and Certo. Put in jelly glasses or jars and seal.
