V-8 Tomato Juice Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. tomato juice
    4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and quarter tomatoes with peeling.
    Boil until ready to run through colander.
    Add remaining ingredients to juice; bring to a boil and can.
    I usually pressure this at 5 pounds for 5 minutes after I put it in quart jars.
