Sweet-Sour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 lb. stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
    3 carrots, cut in 3/4-inch pieces (3 c.)
Preparation
    Combine flour, the first teaspoon of salt and pepper.
    Coat meat with flour mixture.
