Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 deboned chicken breasts
    3 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    self-rising flour
Preparation
    Skin chicken breasts and cut each into 6 or 8 pieces. Marinate overnight in buttermilk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roll in flour and fry in deep fat for 12 minutes.
    Serves 8.
