Spanish-Style Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. bite size salad greens
3 Tbsp. olive oil
4 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna in water
12 pitted green olives
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
Preparation

Toss salad greens, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients.
Toss.
Makes 4 servings.
