Turkey Cantonese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sliced onions
4 c. cubed turkey
1 (No. 2) can pineapple tidbits (save juice)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water chestnut juice
4 tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Saute onion in butter; add turkey.
Add pineapple juice and vinegar and simmer 10 minutes.
Blend cornstarch and water chestnut juice.
Pour into skillet and cook until thick.
Add pineapple tidbits, tomatoes, water chestnuts and salt; simmer. Serve over rice.
Serves 8.
(Good way to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey.)
