Hominy And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can green chilies
    1 c. grated cheese
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Drain hominy.
    Place in pan on burner with margarine. Sprinkle generously with garlic salt, simmer.
    Remove from heat and add sour cream and green chilies.
    Pour into casserole.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Great as a side dish with Mexican food.
