Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken
    3 ribs celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. peas
    1 c. sliced carrots
    4 c. flour
    1 stick oleo
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Bone and skin chicken.
    Add salt and carrots in a large pot with 2 quarts water.
    Cook until tender.
    Add peas and enough water to make 2 quarts of broth.
    Bring to boil.
    Add dumplings.
    Cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
    Set aside 10 minutes.
