Banana Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 bananas, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. Crisco
    2 unbeaten egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. Pet milk
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, melt butter and add 2/3 cup sugar and slice bananas and add nuts.
    Mix other ingredients.
    Cream Crisco and sugars.
    Add 2 egg yolks and vanilla.
    Alternately add dry and milk ingredients.
    Blend well after each addition.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
    Pour over bananas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 to 45 minutes.
