Pepper Steak(Serves 2 Or 4 People As A Main Course) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 medium green peppers, seeded, deribbed and cut in 1/2-inch squares
    4 slices peeled fresh ginger root (about 1-inch in diameter and 1/8-inch thick)
    1/4 c. peanut oil
Preparation
    Marinate steak in the next 6 ingredients.
    Toss with forks and let stand up to 6 hours.
